"Very pale ruby colour. Incredibly intense nose of warm cherry, crushed strawberries, mace, smoked game, damp earth and peppercorns. On the palate there’s a nice backbone of high acidity with a medium+ level of very fine tannins. Just enough flesh in the mid-palate combined with the satiny texture makes this very seductive.
