"Color: deep amber hue; Nose: not what I expected; a very distinct caramel component; a gorgeous honey component on the back-end and some lime peel; a crème brûlée component; very gorgeous and complex; some apricot as well; Taste: this is extremely good; great viscosity; huge density; beautiful banana peel, crème brûlée; melon components, great floral aspects; great weight; sugar cane on the mid-palate; just gorgeous and very well made; great depth; this is a Home Run and brings serious thunder; a gorgeous pairing w/ the Ginger Bread house; this is a very substantial Sauternes - it completely attacks your palate and doesn't let go; this is 'Nectar-of-the-Gods' delicious."
