"Good intensity on the nose with scents of blackberry, bacon fat, smoke and just a faint hint of fennel. Good definition. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, firm tannins, very tight at the moment of course with a sense of linearity towards the finish. Introspective and sultry, but sure to blossom in the glass."
