"The 2010 Forêts from Domaine Michel et Fils is another excellent wine in the making, jumping from the glass in a vibrant and complex blend of lime zest, tart orange, green apple, chalky minerality, a touch of beeswax and spring flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very racy, with a superb base of precise minerality, brisk acids and superb focus on the very long and soil-driven finish. A fine 2010."
