92 JG. ". . . this is quite excellent. The bouquet offers up a beautiful mélange of lime, tangerine, flinty soil tones, spring flowers and a gentle topnote of grassiness. On the palate the wine is fullish, succulent and quite marked by a classic Chablis soil signature of wet stones. The wine is focused, solid at the core and quite snappy, with beautifully integrated acids, lovely cut and fine length and grip on the finish. This is showing very well, and certainly had a tough act to follow in the superb Les Lys ’07." John Gilman, View From the Cellar, Jan/Feb 2009, Issue #19 |
