"The bouquet is beginning to show a lovely layer of secondary aromatics in its mélange of black cherries, cassis, dark chocolate, a bit of tobacco and deep, pure soil tones. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, vibrant and rock solid at the core, with lovely complexity, plenty of ripe, substantial tannins, and excellent length and grip on the finish."
