. ST. "Good medium ruby. Wild nose dominated by roast coffee and meat. Then rich and spicy in the mouth, with dark fruit flavors complicated by a meaty quality. The brettanomyces element here is not especially aggressive yet robs the wine of some of its primary fruit and verve. Still, this finishes supple, sweet and persistent."
