"This is a more spicy expression, showing white pepper on the nose and palate. There's also red cherry fruit, some neat chalky notes and a hint of freshly crushed roses. The palate has beautiful fleshiness and really peaks and blooms. It carries terrific balance while strawberry fruits hold the finish. A terrific Champagne. Celebratory and uplifting."
