"From a parcel of vines in Les Epointures, a lieu-dit near Chapelle-Chambertin; (an abeille is a honey bee); 2012 will be the last vintage as the vines will be replanted. There is a distinct hint of the sauvage to the attractively fresh and cool aromas of red currant, earth and soft spice hints. The impressively rich yet well-detailed medium-bodied flavors exude a fine minerality on the delicious and seductively textured finish that offers both excellent depth and length for a villages level wine.
