94 NM. "Tasted from the Chateau reserves at the estate. This has a similar nose to the bottle shown in London, perhaps a little fresher but still reminiscent of Climens. The palate is well balanced and vibrant, that citric seam of acidity still present, fresh and lively with barley sugar, orange rind and marmalade towards the taut but long finish. This is certainly one of the better 1967 Sauternes and it just gets better and better in the glass, exuding great tension and freshness, a Sauternes egging you on to take another sip."
