89 NM. "The 2012 Circle of Life White comes from sandstone and granite soils at different altitude, a co-ferment of Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc matured in used 600-liter barrels and a "splash" of Semillon and Chardonnay at the end. There is a touch of white chocolate on the attractive nose, touches of brioche and almond infusing the citrus fruit. The palate is clean and fresh with a fine line of acidity, pleasing depth with a twist of sour lemon enlivening the finish. This is a delightful white blend . . ." Wine Advocate Interim, Nov 2015 |
