"This is still quite closed and, on day one, does not offer much beyond slightly cooked pear, melon and apples with little tension to back these flavors up in the after-taste. It is only on day two and three that this shows its real potential and a fresher side driven by elderflower and orchard fruit paired to some wet stone minerals comes through.
