94 NM. "Tasted blind at the annual "Burgfest" tasting in Beaune. The 2012 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras from Christophe Roumier was showing . . . lovely blackberry, game and dried blood aromas coming through mixed with autumn leaves and woodland scents. There is something very natural here. The palate is medium-bodied with fine definition, quite masculine and structured in style with good acidity, moving towards a harmonious, saline finish that beckons another sip."
