"Tasted at The Ledbury Bordeaux lunch. After one derisive experience a decade ago, I must say that this is a delicious Domaine de Chevalier. It has a light, effervescent bouquet at first with pressed white flowers, grass clippings and limestone. Very fine definition. The palate is taut on the entry with fresh lime, kiwi fruit and Granny Smith leading to a crisp sharp finish. Delicious." Neal Martin, Wine Journal |
