Lot #84. Domaine des Lambrays Clos des Lambrays 2006

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 94 JG.
". . . showing beautiful potential in November. The nose is deep and very much defined by its soil element, as it offers up notes of dark berries, plums, bitter chocolate, herb tones, very complex soil tones, game and cedar. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, deep and rock solid at the core, with ripe, well-integrated tannins, excellent focus, sound acids and a very long, black fruity and soil-driven finish. This will be a very, very fine example of the vintage, and should age gracefully for many decades. Fine juice." View From the Cellar, Nov/Dec 2007, Issue #12
Provenance: The Mont Blanc Cellar
Notes: Very lightly scuffed capsule, very lightly wine stained, very lightly bin soiled, signs of slight past seepage.
