"The NV Single Cask Moscatel las Cruces is a single-cask bottling of Moscatel selected from one of the three existing casks in the solera, which were separated some 25 years ago to create a very old Moscatel. It has a mahogany color and the floral and citrus aromas of the variety intermixed with hints of aromatic herbs, orange peel and burnt sugar, with a less complex palate and noticeable sweetness (273 grams of residual sugar). Only 504 half-liter bottles were filled in March 2017." Wine Advocate #234, Dec 2017
