"Saturated ruby color. Wild, gamey aromas of roasted berries, licorice, bitter chocolate and smoke, with the brown sugar note that often comes from Radoux barrels. Very rich and dense, but given shape and grip by bright, harmonious acidity. Pure cassis and bitter chocolate flavors offer lovely sweetness.
