"From vines in the southwest portion of the village and includes some declassified 1ers from Les Baudes and Fuées. A very pretty and refined red berry fruit nose that is very pinot in character leads to pure, precise and seductive mouth coating flavors that possess good density and ample backend minerality where chewy but not inelegant tannins are waiting. This is quite precise yet utterly seductive. Absolutely lovely and the influence of the 1ers is perhaps more evident than it normally is as this boxes well above its weight in 2006."
