92 WSM. "From a project between Kermit Lynch and Domaine Jean-Collet, Les Truffières comes from a three-acre limestone parcel in Villy, the wine fermented and aged in stainless steel. It feels delicate, with a clean, sea-spray salinity and a hint of perfumed white fruit.
