90+ JG. "The 2016 Bourgogne Blanc from the Coche family is a lovely and absolutely classic example of this superb bottling. While I know the family’s red Bourgogne plots were very badly frosted, I did not note whether or not this was the case with the Blanc as well. The bouquet here is pure and lovely, offering up scents of apple, pear, almond and a lovely base of chalky soil tones. On the palate the wine is fullish, crisp and succulent at the core, with lovey soil signature, bright acids and excellent cut and grip on the very well-balanced finish."
