"(This 0.2-hectare parcel was planted in 2002 at a high density of 36,000 vines per hectare, with each vine allowed to produce just two or three bunches; 100% vendange entier; this will be bottled entirely in magnums): Medium red. Explosive wild aromas of raspberry, strawberry, mocha, coffee, leather and game. Sappy, dense and distinctly saline in the mouth; displays outstanding volume for village wine but shows less in the way of easygoing fruit than the 'regular' Evocelles.
