"The 2011 Méo-Camuzet Chambolle AC is a very pretty and perfumed example of the vintage, wafting from the glass in a classy, red fruity blend of cherries, strawberries, coffee, woodsmoke and a lovely base of chalky, Chambolle soil tones. On the palate the wine is fullish, juicy and very suave on the attack, with gentle tannins, a pretty core of fruit, fine focus and nascent complexity and very good length and grip on the focused finish."
