"The 2010 Nuits St. Georges Les Cailles comes across as cool, mineral infused and a bit reticent. With time in the glass the aromas and flavors begin to take shape. The Cailles remains a firm, structured Nuits that will require considerable patience, but its expressive fruit and gorgeous inner perfume bode very well for the future.
