". . . what an incredible young Clos Sainte Hune. It has all the depth, purity and finesse of the best dry Riesling, with fresh scents of mint, grapefruit, lime, white peach, verbena, cassis and citronella. The wine is focused, still linear but it hits the mid-palate with quite some intensity. There is hardly any fruit noticeable, this is all about zest and density. The finish is great and fully dry even if on the austere side at this early stage. It is still far from being fully mature, and we expect this wine to evolve at a very slow paste in the coming decade. This is quite an amazing young Riesling with huge potential."
