94 JG. "The 2009 William Fèvre Bougros is a beautiful wine in the making. The superb nose offers up scents of apple, lime, pink grapefruit, lovely, supporting minerality, lime peel and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very pure and tensile, with a rock solid core of fruit, bright acids and fine length and grip on the still fairly primary finish. A lovely bottle in the making." John Gilman, View From the Cellar, Nov/Dec 2010, Issue #30 |
