"Ripe, sweet aromas of peach, flowers and nuts. Pure, penetrating and perfumed, with an enticing sugar/acid balance and lovely inner-mouth aromatic character. Not fat but plenty dense. In a rather elegant style, like the '05 version of this wine. Really stains the palate on the aftertaste. Wonderfully balanced wine, and the most forward of the Sauzet grand crus in '04."
