Lot #138. Lynch-Bages 1961

Description: Consists of 5 Bottles, 0.75L
Score: 97 FM.
"Very good depth of color, solid core, delicate rim variation. A touch of olive, notes of dried herbs, dark caramel, orange zest and notes of cassis, and a hint of mint with air. Juicy texture, minty-lemony nuances, spicy tannins that slowly but surely are reaching the end of their viability, a touch of blackberries and a pleasant extract sweetness in the finish." Peter Moser, Falstaff Magazin, March 2013
Notes: 1 high shoulder, 4 upper shoulder, 4 lightly corroded and 3 lightly scuffed capsules, lightly bin soiled and 1 very lightly damp stained labels.
