90+ ST. "Deep ruby-red. Very ripe aroma of black fruits, gingerbread and menthol. Suave on entry, then more closed in the middle than the Beckstoffer Vineyard IV, with a brooding, medicinal blackberry flavor and more dominant structure.Rather unforthcoming on the back end, finishing with complex notes of candied ginger, herbs, eucalyptus and sexy oak. This wine was aged in all new French barriques for 19 months."
