"Bright, dark golden-yellow color. Very intense aromas of ripe yellow apple, pear, chamomile and white flowers. Rich, dense and juicy, with orchard fruit and botanical herb flavors complicated by a savory element. Finishes long and almost creamy (despite 6.4 grams per liter of total acidity, expressed as tartaric), with hints of lime and custard cream.
