"A perfect Blanc de Blancs and . . . first try by the Krug family. The nose lives more on finesse than richness. Juicy Cox's Orange apples, Cointreau, and acacia honey raise high expectations for the taste, and they are triumphantly met. There is a wonderfully exotic richness that reminds me of Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, but with an aftertaste even richer in glycerol honey sweetness. One of the true milestones of wine history."
