"The 2015 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Vieilles Vignes has a crisp and taut bouquet with a lovely sea spray note that gains intensity with aeration. The palate is balanced with a slight nuttiness on the entry, good depth and a fine bead of acidity. It is not as complex as the outstanding 2016 that is coming over the horizon but there is very good length on the finish." |
