"The NV Brut Grande Réserve 1er Cru is bright and energetic, but also a touch ethereal in feel, especially on the mid-palate. Almond, chamomile, dried flowers and lemon are all nicely delineated in the glass. The presence of Pinot is felt in the wine's fruit profile and overall feel. Hints of smoke, licorice, dried flowers and mint add intrigue throughout. Disgorged: February 2017. Dosage is 6 grams per liter." |
