"There is a whiff of prune here as well and while it doesn't dominate, it does detract somewhat from the overall appeal of the plum liqueur-scented nose. There is really lovely detail to the seductively textured, intense and palate saturating flavors that deliver solid depth and length on the reasonably well-balanced finish where the only nit is a barely perceptible trace of warmth." |
