"The palate is rounded and lightly honeyed on the entry, displaying moderate depth and concentration. At first it feels sultry and lacks energy; however, it develops more precision and race with time in the glass. The winemaking recedes, the terroir takes over and blow me down! - a great Bâtard-Montrachet rises phoenix-like from the SO2. Give this a long decant or, preferably, cellar it for several years.
