"Slight dryness on the finish as though the fruit were in retreat but the most gorgeous freshness and sweetness as it opened up on the palate. A real peacock's tail opening out towards the glorious finish. Complete and glorious as it opened up in the glass. Both bright and beautiful. Yet another sumptuous 1964 that actually outshone the 1959 vintage of the same wine." Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com, Aug 2015
