Lot #213. Maison Leroy Grands Echézeaux 1962

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 90 AM.
"This is still quite floral on the nose which is interesting as it's usually a quality more often found in much younger wines. The aromatics are really quite subtle with discreet black fruits blending with notes of game, earth and underbrush that lead to solidly structured, moderately rich flavors and a medium length finish where the tannins are beginning to dominate. This is still an excellent wine . . ." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Feb 2003
Provenance: The Multitude Cellar
Notes: 4.0cm, Lightly scuffed capsule, scuffed label.
