92 AM. "Roughly 75% of the blend is from a parcel in En la Richarde plus another in Folatières proper toward Champ Gain at the very top of the vineyard; vine age is 30+ years and it was aged in 1/3 new oak. There is a faint hint of exoticism to the citrus blossom, green apple, mandarin orange and white peach suffused nose. The energetic, rich and delineated full-bodied flavors brim with both minerality and dry extract while delivering fine length on the markedly dry but not really austere finale. This too is good stuff." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Jun 2018 |
