91-93 AM. "Tête du Clos is a climat of Morgeot. An overtly floral nose blends notes of quinine with those of honeysuckle, spice, citrus and a whisper of the exotic. There is more volume and powerful if a bit less refinement to the imposingly scaled flavors that possess a seductively textured mid-palate that contrasts somewhat with the bitter lemon-inflected finish. This too is really very good and a wine that should amply repay extended cellaring." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Jun 2019 |
