"The bouquet is deep and classic, offering up notes of mentholated dark berries, espresso, a bit of black truffle, woodsmoke, earth and a judicious framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is fullish, deep and laser-like in its focus, with excellent depth in the mid-palate, and impressive structural integrity on the long, complex finish."
