Les Hauts de Smith Blanc 2023, 0.75L
Sauvignon Blanc from Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux

"All Sauvignon, the 2023 Les Hauts De Smith Blanc is light gold-hued and has a rocking bouquet of ripe citrus, sappy herbs, tangerine, and even a hint of mint. It's beautifully balanced, medium-bodied, has bright acidity, and outstanding length, with the vintage's ripe fruit balanced by bright acidity." 91-93, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2024

“Aromatic, fresh and floral, lots of apple and elderflower. Bright and open, high acidity but not too high, actually quite calm with a touch of sweetness and some creaminess. Lots of apple, peach and apricot. Easy to approach, great for sooner drinkability. Ageing 50% new oak.” 92, Georgina Hindle, Decanter, Apr 2024

Kistler Chardonnay Sonoma Mountain 2023, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Sonoma Mountain, California

"Composed of 100% Kistler Clone Chardonnay sourced from McCrea Vineyard, which is planted on red volcanic and fine-grained chalky soils. The wine was barrel fermented with native yeast and underwent full malolactic fermentation. It aged 11 months in barrel without any bâtonnage, then was racked into stainless steel tanks for 3 months prior to bottling — bottled unfined and unfiltered."

Dominio do Bibei 'Lalama' Ribeira Sacra 2021, 0.75L
Mencia from Ribeira Sacra, Galicia

"The 2021 Lalama blends 85% Mencía, 8% Brancellao and 7% other grapes from Val do Bibei, Ribeira Sacra. Aged up to 14 months in barrels and foudres, it displays a deep purple hue with blue tones. It's expressive, with herbal and red fruit notes, hints of blood orange, pomegranate, violet and a subtle barrel influence. Fine tannins, slight freshness and a touch of wet earth balance its ripeness. The 2021 is well-structured and attractively long." 92, Joaquin Hidalgo, Vinous, Feb 2025

Diego Magana Anza Rioja 2022, 0.75L
Tempranillo Blend from Rioja, La Rioja

"The 2022 Anza is 87% Tempranillo with 13% Garnacha and Graciano from Laguardia and Elvillar in Rioja Alavesa. A young, purple-hued wine, it offers aromas of sour cherry and elder alongside blackberry and herbal notes. Dry, juicy and taut on the palate, the stemmy, reactive tannins define a crunchy mouthfeel, lasting with a flavorful finish. This is a cheerful Rioja red." 92, Joaquin Hidalgo, Vinous, Apr 2024

Riesling from Mosel Saar Ruwer, Mosel

"This sterling Trocken-style Riesling comes from three estate sites: Brauneberg, Burgen, and Mühlheim—bright mineral notes of citrus and stone leap from the glass. Elephant Hill Kohatu Gimblett Gravels 2020, 0.75L
Bordeaux Blend from Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay

"Very complex aromas of blackcurrants and graphite as well as purple fruit. Just a touch of smoke. It’s medium- to full-bodied with round and polished tannins and a long and flavorful finish. This is really nicely put together. A blend of 53% merlot, 24% cabernet sauvignon and 23% cabernet franc. Melville Syrah Estate Donna's Block 2022, 0.75L
Syrah from Sta. Rita Hills, California

“Tasted from tank prior to bottling, the 2022 Syrah Estate Donna's Block presents an exotic mélange of sweet dried cherry, mint, spice, blood orange and star anise. In this vintage, the Donna's shows more red rather than black fruit. The 2022 is texturally very beautiful and polished, but it is still coming together following its recent racking into steel in preparation for bottling.” 92-94, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Aug 2024

Canon 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from St. Emilion, Bordeaux

“The 2024 Canon is superb. One of the standouts of the vintage, the 2024 possesses striking mid-palate depth to match its vertical personality. Chalk, white pepper, mint, lavender, rose petal, slate and blue/purplish fruit all stain the palate. There's gorgeous depth and density here, and yet the 2024 remains a super-classic wine from the property. This is a real stunner. That's all there is to it. Tasted four times.” 95-97, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Apr 2025

"Structured, balanced and textured, it has aromas of red berries and pine needles. It’s medium-bodied with velvety tannins. Rather seamless. Long, juicy finish with salty limestone undertones." 95-95, James Suckling, Apr 2025

"This is a gorgeous Canon, with the austerity of limestone on full display, as you would expect in this vintage, but a creamy edge comes in through the mid palate. Clear precision, flesh pared from flesh, peony, peach pit, cherry stone, damson, blueberry, graphite, crayon, pumice, lemongrass, gunsmoke, this has tons of layers and waves of complexity, classical and balanced. 44hl/ha yield, organic certified. 3.35 pH. 49% new oak. Harvest 19 September to 9 October."  95, Jane Anson, Inside Bordeaux, Apr 2025

Clinet 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from Pomerol, Bordeaux

“The 2024 Clinet is a dark, stylish wine. Black cherry, lavender, spice, licorice and blue-toned fruit are beautifully delineated. Dark and vibrant in the glass, with terrific depth, Clinet is super-expressive in 2024. Ronan Laborde bled the musts to bring the wine into the rich, textured style he seeks here. Clinet is a rare Pomerol that is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the Cabernet very much in evidence.” 92-94, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Apr 2025

“Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Shy bouquet, black cherries, nougat, spices, restrained. Juicy, sweet texture, ripe plums, subtle acidity, chocolate nuances, subtle roasted aromas on the aftertaste, a powerful food wine.” 92, Peter Moser, Falstaff, Apr 2025

Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from Pauillac, Bordeaux

"The length and linear nature of this wine make it outstanding. Medium-bodied with polished and refined tannins that caress the palate. Extremely well done. The length and finesse are impressive."  95-96, James Suckling, Apr 2025

"The 2024 Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande is plush, sensual and inviting. Succulent dark-toned fruit, sweet spice, new leather, mocha, chocolate and lavender build nicely. Here, too, the tannins are so polished, so refined. The 2024 is an especially elegant Pichon-Comtesse. It’s also very clearly one of the wines of the vintage. Bravo. Tasted four times." 94-96, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Apr 2025

"The Grand Vin from this reference point Pauillac château, the 2024 Château Pichon Longueville Comtess De Lalande checks in as 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc hitting 12.7% alcohol with a pH of 3.7 and an IPT of 70. Beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon notes of cassis, graphite, freshly sharpened pencil, and crushed stone all define the aromatics, and it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, a concentrated, layered, wonderfully textured mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and outstanding length."  94-96, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from Margaux, Bordeaux

"Good, pure fruit with scented violets, black cherries and some currants. Full-bodied and richer than most from the vintage, with lots of fresh, dusty tannins and impressive concentration. Fresh, pure, compact and long. 77% cabernet sauvignon, 11% merlot, 9% cabernet franc and 3% petit verdot." 95-96, Zekun Shuai, James Suckling, Apr 2025

“Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Fine nuances of savoury clove, ripe red heart cherry, candied mandarin zest, fine spiced touch. Taut, elegant, red berry, fresh acid structure, lively and mineral, lemony, a hint of cranberry on the finish.” 93, Peter Moser, Falstaff, Apr 2025

“The 2024 Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge sports a healthy ruby/purple hue as well as some classic notes of red and blue fruits intermixed with graphite, tobacco leaf, and spicy wood. It's beautifully balanced, has present tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. Margaux 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from Margaux, Bordeaux

"Really impressive depth, concentration and perfume this year, with fine tannins. Lots of violets, red flowers, black cherries and currants. Full-bodied and seriously structured, with impeccable freshness and a very long finish. Dense and powerful for the vintage, with tension, vibrations, good concentration and a tannin framework. 93% cabernet sauvignon, 5% merlot, 1% cabernet franc and 1% petit verdot." 97-98, Zekun Shuai, James Suckling, Apr 2025

Representing 46% of the total crop (a little higher than recent years due to higher yields in the best Cabernet blocks), the 2024 Château Margaux contains slightly less Merlot (5%). It has a sophisticated bouquet in the context of the growing season, with black fruit, pressed violet and hints of pencil box that almost lend a Pauillac-like allure. Very fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and modest depth. This is clearly a leaner Château Margaux compared to, say, the 2020 or 2022, but it is razor-sharp with superb tension and mineralité. Unapologetically classic in style with modest length, this noble First Growth will benefit from four to five years in bottle. 94-96, Neal Martin, Vinous, Apr 2025

“Based on 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, the 2024 Château Margaux is similarly deep purple-hued, with a more inward, closed, yet impressive style. Crème de cassis, graphite, spring flowers, and subtle spicy nuances all define the aromatics. It's medium-bodied with a concentrated, ripe, layered mouthfeel, beautiful tannins, and nicely integrated background oak. It's going to need time, but this is unquestionably a beautiful, elegant Margaux. The 2024 is 12.8% alcohol with a pH of 3.62.” 94-96, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

Ducru-Beaucaillou 2024, 1.5L
Bordeaux Blend from St. Julien, Bordeaux

"Excellent depth with very good concentration. Lots of dusty, small-grained tannins. Densely packed, with nervy minerals, blackberries, dark chocolate, violets and cassis. Full-bodied and very fresh, with a lengthy finish. Structured and tightly framed. Shows good potential. 86% cabernet sauvignon and 14% merlot." 96-97, James Suckling, Apr 2025

“As to the Grand Vin, the 2024 Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is based on 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot, resting in 100% new oak. Its deep purple hue is followed by a terrific 2024 that defies the challenges of the vintage. Pure cassis, darker currants, graphite, crushed stone, and sappy violet notes all emerge on the nose. It's medium-bodied, with a beautifully layered, concentrated mid-palate, ripe yet velvety tannins, and a great finish. This classic Saint-Julien will benefit from bottle age and is another brilliant effort from the team. It's one of the richer, more structured wines in the vintage, yet it remains balanced, precise, and never overdone.” 94-97, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

“Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Spicy, nuances of charcoal and liquorice, a hint of cassis, blackberry confit, delicate hints of nougat and candied orange zest. Powerful, ripe berry fruit, fine acidity, red berry aftertaste, salty minerality, good length, sure maturity and certain ageing potential.” 95, Peter Moser, Fallstaff, Apr 2025

Ducru-Beaucaillou 2024, 0.75L

Roederer Estate L'Ermitage Brut 2019, 0.75L
Champagne Blend from Anderson Valley, California

“The 2019 Brut L'Ermitage blends 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir, all estate grown from one growing season, with 3.9% Chardonnay from the 2016 vintage, and a dosage of 6 grams per liter. A complete, well-integrated, medium-bodied sparkling wine with a balance of fruit and savory notes, it offers flecks of oak spice and pastry crust. Textured and creamy in style, it has a lingering brightness on the finish and should age well over the next 10-15 years. Champagne Louis Roederer started planting grapes in the Anderson Valley in 1982, when California sparkling wine wasn’t yet a thing. Over time, this Philo-based outpost and production facility known as Roederer Estate has become entirely estate-grown, now farming 600 acres of organically and biodynamically farmed vines in the area, which estate winemaker Arnaud Weyrich says has higher acidity on average than Champagne. The winery’s signature style is to add oak-aged reserve wines to each year’s cuvée.” 95, Virginie Boone, Jeb Dunnuck, Feb 2025

Philipponnat Clos de Goisses Extra Brut 2012, 0.75L
Champagne Blend from Champagne, Champagne

“The 2012 Champagne Clos de Goisses is true to character and is the most opulent and decadent expression. It is flush with a generous perfume and liqueur, with ripe apricot brûlée, toasted brioche, raspberry eau de vie, and saline. The palate is round and full, though light on its feet, with kirsch and a chalky texture. Its salinity makes up for the more modest acidity and contributes to a compelling and savory wine.” 97+, Audrey Frick, Jeb Dunnuck, Nov 2022

“The 2012 Extra-Brut Clos des Goisses is a Champagne of extraordinary elegance and finesse. Silky and aromatic, the 2012 impresses with its mid-weight, refined personality. Hints of kirsch, red plum, flowers and chamomile open gently in the glass. Clos des Goisses is often a rich, vinous Champagne, but the 2012 comes across as restrained and understated in all the right ways. Its aging potential will be measured in decades not years. Sadly, severe spring frost took with it a startling 50% of the crop. According to Charles Philipponnat Pinot fared better than Chardonnay. Ultimately, though, the Goisses blend is a typical two-thirds Pinot and one-third Chardonnay. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter.” 97, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Nov 2021

“Fragrant and complex, this combines a full, ripe depth with a chalky, linear tension, its fruit balanced between a primary freshness and developed complexity. It’s generous in build, showing the ripeness of the vintage, yet it still feels closed, needing time to reveal its full potential. This is built for ageing, and it should enjoy a long and slow development. Disgorged: August 2021.” 96, Peter Liem, Decanter, Dec 2023

Marques de Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 2012, 0.75L
Tempranillo Blend from La Rioja Alta, La Rioja

“The 2012 Rioja “Castillo Ygay” Gran Reserva Especial from Marqués de Murrieta is composed this year from a cépages of eighty-one percent tempranillo and nineteen percent mazuelo, with the vines of both varieties in excess of eighty years of age. Interestingly, the two grape varieties are aged separately for thirty-four months in cask, with the tempranillo aged in American oak barrels and the mazuelo in French oak casks. After the period of cask aging, the two components are blended and aged an additional twenty months in concrete tanks prior to botting, and then an additional three years in bottle in the cellar prior to release! The 2012 Castillo Ygay Gran Reserve Especial comes in at an even fourteen percent octane in this vintage and delivers a stunning aromatic constellation of black raspberries, cassis, Cuban cigar wrapper, a complex base of soil, brown spices, coconutty American oak and a topnote of woodsmoke. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, complex and seamlessly balanced, with a velvety attack, stunning depth of fruit at the core, lovely soil signature and grip, ripe, buried tannins and precise focus on the long, refined and hauntingly beautiful finish. At twelve years of age this brilliant wine is certainly approachable, but it still possesses a serious chassis of tannin and will be an even more stunning wine ten or twenty years down the road. Great juice.” 98, John Gilman, View From The Cellar, Mar 2024

“The 2012 bottling of the Ygay Gran Reserva really ups the savoury character, with the Tempranillo buoyed by 19% Mazuelo, delivering bright fruits and fresh acidity. This is a vintage of true elegance. This wine was bottled in 2019, a blend of 81% Tempranillo aged in American oak and 19% Mazuelo (also known as Carignan) aged in French oak, each for 34 months. The Mazuelo brightens the wine and imbues it with such elegance. The Gran Reserva is sourced entirely from La Plana, located at nearly 500m, and its 80-year-old vines are all dedicated to this iconic bottling. Gorgeous fresh and savoury aromas of dried violet and rose petals, smoky clove and eucalyptus. The palate offers freshness around a core of red fruits. Fresh wild mint, ripe strawberries, notes of balsamic and turned earth are lifted up by a streak of graphite that cuts across the finish.” 97, Clive Pursehouse, Decanter, Jun 2024

“The 2012 Gran Reserva Especial Castillo Ygay is 81% Tempranillo and 19% Mazuelo sourced from La Plana vineyard, planted on the Ygay Estate, Rioja Alta. Aged for 34 months in French and American oak barrels, this wine offers displays a garnet color with a brick sheen. It reveals a complex aroma of bee wax, dried flowers, cassis, sour cherry, cedar and vanilla, with a candied layer. Dry, silky and fairly juicy, the fine-grained tannins and heightened acidity deliver a cleansing, long-lasting finish. This exceptional wine exudes energy and demonstrates proven aging potential, making it one to savor and age gracefully.” 97, Joaquin Hidalgo, Vinous, Apr 2024

Altos Las Hormigas Malbec Reserve 2021, 0.75L
Malbec from Valle de Uco, Mendoza

“The 2021 Malbec Reserve from Altos Las Hormigas, sourced from Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary in the Uco Valley, boasts a lean, precise character. Planted in chalky soils, it's a rich purple in the glass. The expressive nose presents enticing blueberry, violet, sage and other herb aromas. It has a compact, focused profile on the palate, with chalky tannins that contribute to the lean texture and a refreshing mouthfeel that highlights the wine's taut structure. The long, nuanced finish allows the wine's spare beauty to really come through.” 93, Joaquin Hidalgo, Vinous, Jun 2023

Pavie 2024, 0.75L
Bordeaux Blend from St. Émilion, Bordeaux

"Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine ripe heart cherry, a hint of cassis and plum, delicate notes of nougat and wood, a hint of orange zest underneath. Powerful, tightly meshed, ripe fruit, fine acidity, mineral, remains persistent, chalky nuances on the finish, sure maturity and certain ageing potential." 96, Peter Moser, Falstaff, Apr 2025

“Based on 51% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 Château Pavie is still aging in 65% new barrels. It's tight and focused at this stage, with medium-bodied aromas and flavors of black raspberries, juicy cassis, graphite, violets, and crushed stone. I love its overall purity. It has beautiful tannins, a layered, elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish. It plays in the fresher, more focused style of the vintage, yet still brings classic Pavie texture, depth, and richness.” 94-96, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

“The 2024 Pavie was cropped at 24 hl/ha from September 27 to October 9, and 65% was matured in new barrels. This has an attractive bouquet of black cherries, bilberry, cassis and light violet scents—not as complex as some vintages of Pavie but, unlike the Monbousquet or Clos des Lunelles, its oak is proportionate to its fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins to frame its layered black fruit as graphite inflections emanate from the Cabernet components. The 2024 is fresh with pleasing linearity, even if it just lacks a bit of amplitude on the finish. Give this Saint-Émilion three or four years in bottle.” 91-93, Neal Martin, Vinous, May 2025

Leoville-Las Cases 2024, 1.5L
Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Cabernet Franc from St. Julien, Bordeaux

"The 2024 Château Léoville Las Cases is another incredibly classy wine from this team. It's a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot, coming in at 13.1% natural alcohol and aging in 75% new barrels. Cassis, spicy oak, graphite, and tobacco all emerge on the nose, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a focused, elegant mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and the notable yet integrated acidity that marks the vintage. Complete and layered, this elegant Las Cases brings to mind the great vintages of the 1980s and 1990s. It will benefit from just a few years in bottle, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it evolve for decades." 94-96, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

“The 2024 Léoville Las Cases was picked between September 30 and October 9 at 31 hl/ha (compare that to 11 hl/ha next door at Latour!). It is aged for 18 months in 75% new oak barrels with 6.3% pressed wine. It has a backward, almost surly bouquet with introverted black fruit, cedar, touches of cumin and light sea spray scents. Superb delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with less structure than the last two vintages, yet it upholds wonderful balance with lace-like tannins. With crisp black fruit and beautifully assimilated new oak, this fans out towards the finish. It is paradoxically a more conservative Las Cases in keeping with the limitations of the growing season, but I suspect it will gain weight and sustain with time in barrel.” 93-95, Neal Martin, Vinous, May 2025

“Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate nougat, ripe plum, black cherry, a hint of blackberry confit, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, black berry, fresh, lively style, ripe cherry on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing, overall very racy style.” 94, Peter Moser, Fallstaff, Apr 2025

La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc 2024, 0.75L
Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon from Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux

“The 2024 La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc, which has more Sémillon in the blend, was reticent on the nose and demanded more coaxing than usual, (reluctantly) offering scents of red apple, lime flower and crushed stone. The palate is more expressive with impressive weight and density. The 2024 is fresh and vibrant with palpable tension, revealing a tingle of lemongrass and stem ginger towards its sustained finish. When I returned to my glass after 20 minutes, the aromatics had burst open and shown their true colours, with hints of chai and popcorn and wonderful mineralité. This might turn out to be one of the best white La Missions in recent years.” 96-98, Neal Martin, Vinous, Apr 2025

“Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. White flowers, delicate tropical fruit, a hint of mango, mineral, a hint of lime zest. Juicy, elegant and balanced, white tropical fruit, delicate sweetness, fine acidity, secure development and certain ageing potential.” 94, Peter Moser, Falstaff, Apr 2025

“Based on 59% Semillon and 41% Sauvignon Blanc that had malolactic fermentation blocked and will spend 7 months in barrel, the 2024 Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc is another juicy, lively, almost racy yet still impressive white from this vintage. Tart lemon, pineapple, honeyed mineral, and minty, gooseberry notes all emerge on the nose, and it's medium-bodied, with a bright, crisp mouthfeel, terrific overall balance, and a great finish.” 92-94, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

La Mission Haut-Brion 2024, 0.75L
Bordeaux Blend from Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux

“Red and black currants, cold fireplace, violets, and a beautiful tobacco and lead pencil quality all emerge from the 2024 Château La Mission Haut-Brion, a medium-bodied Pessac based on 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46.5% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc. It's pretty and perfumed, with good intensity and a seamless, layered mouthfeel. The tannins are fine and integrated, giving it a graceful, approachable style that still holds to the classic La Mission profile. Compared to the more inward and structured Haut-Brion, this is more open-knit and front end-loaded. It should offer plenty of early appeal yet still have the class to evolve gracefully.” 93-95, Jeb Dunnuck, May 2025

“The 2024 La Mission Haut-Brion has a beautifully defined bouquet with pure, mineral-led black fruit, hints of blueberry and a subtle sea spray influence. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chalky tannins. Fresh and vibrant, this La Mission feels very cohesive and sophisticated. No, there is not the depth and persistence of a top-drawer vintage, but its noticeable complexity is a cut above.” 93-95, Neal Martin, Vinous, May 2025

“Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate notes of cassis and cherries, fine tobacco savouriness, a hint of tobacco and herbs, delicate hint of nougat. Complex, juicy, fine blackberry fruit, fresh acidity, delicate extracted sweetness, mineral and well adhering, already developed, a lively style, has development and certain ageing potential.” 94, Peter Moser, Fallstaff, Apr 2025
