"Laherte’s NV (2015) Extra Brut Rosé de Saignée Les Beaudiers VV is 100% Meunier from vines planted in 1953, 1958 and 1965. Creamy and resonant on the palate, with tremendous aromatic depth, the Beaudiers is flat-out gorgeous. Sweet red cherry, mint, kirsch, game and dried herbs infuse the 2015 with myriad layers of complexity that reveal themselves with time in the glass. The 2015 spent two years in barrel prior to bottling, which is long by Champagne standards. More importantly, though, it is a wine of tremendous personality and pure breeding. Dosage: 3 gr/L. Disgorged: May, 2019." |
