"These Aglianico grapes are grown via Avellinese pergola, bilateral guyot and spurred cordon. Aged 24 months in barrels and 24 months in bottle. The color is a beautiful, bright, ruby red. The nose is clear with notes of violet and licorice. On the palate, it is austere, juicy, and enveloping. The young and trenchant tannins are perfectly in tune with the evolution of the wine. This is salty, tense, nervous. Very long finish. Powerful wine, and I have high expectations." |
