“The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Palazzotto tempts the imagination with a darkly floral bouquet that mixes rich black cherry sauce with graphite, sage and shavings of pine. Silky smooth and supple, this finds a lovely balance through a core of tart red and black fruits and crunchy mineral tones that ride a wave of tantalizing acidity. A web of fine tannins descends on the palate as the 2020 finishes long and lightly structured, leaving a peppery herbal thrust that lingers on. This classy Cabernet Sauvignon is impossible to ignore and should drink beautifully after two to three years in the cellar.” |
