"The 2017 Crianza Señorío de P. Peciña is a blend of 95% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano and 2% Garnacha sourced from the Sonsierra area in Rioja Alta. Aged for 24 months in used American oak barrels, this garnet wine with a brick sheen features a nose of red apple peel and cherry, along with cedar, vanilla and hints of coconut and nutmeg. Dry, juicy and fairly rough due to its high volatile acidity, it lingers on the pronounced volatile notes, adopting an oxidized style." |
