90 AM. "A 1-hectare blend of Groseilles, Baudes, Noirots and Gruenchers, which interestingly, are all bunched together, geographically speaking. A touch of wood is barely perceptible on the slightly more deeply pitched nose that features hints of plum as well as both red and dark currants. There is also a bit more volume to the delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a caressing mouth feel, all wrapped in a well-balanced and complex finale. This slightly riper effort is also very Chambolle in style and character." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Jan 2016 |
