"Hints of salted caramel, clear sweet edge that gives a shot of pleasure on the attack. Tannins are still apparent, valiantly holding on. The silky structure seems to be defying gravity, hovering over the edge of the table, every now and then putting one toe down for balance as it tiptoes across your palate. Exceptional wine, not in perfect balance, the acidity is perhaps a little out of line, but the pleasure that this bestows more than makes up for it.
