"The 2005 Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. Already complex aromatically, scents of cedar, sage, clove, mineral, black currant, and blackberry waft from the glass. Smooth, layered, and bordering on opulent, this will be a long-lived Cabernet which should drink well for 25 years."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most planted premium red grape, yielding deeply colored, tannic and structured wines with cassis, cedar and graphite notes. Firm tannins and acidity make it exceptionally age-worthy, whether as a varietal or the backbone of a Bordeaux blend.
