"Harvested in mid-December. Apple jelly and citrus in the nose and on the bouyant, silky palate. Suggestions of white raisin, tea and saffron emerge from the creamy, pure core of fruit. Delicate and creamy in its finishing flavors, with apple jelly and apricot preserves with high-toned nuances."
