A very mild touch of reduction only adds to the sense of brooding reserve that is present here though the hugely rich, full, intense and broad-shouldered flavors possess real energy and punch on the sappy, mouth coating and stunning long flavors that possess outstanding depth. There is a serious amount of dry extract that makes this appear less structured than it is in reality. This is a most impressive effort.
