... elegant and complex nose of pain grillé, white peach and floral aromas that combines with pure, precise and gorgeously intense mineral-suffused medium-bodied flavors that retain the same sense of crystalline exactness about them that I orginally saw , all of which is wrapped in a finish that goes on and on. As I observed in my first review this is a classic Chevalier with astonishing detail and a finish that is akin to rolling rocks around in the mouth. In sum, this is a great effort and destined to become a classic. Note that based on this bottle, I have extended my initial suggested drinking window by two years.
